All items are handmade or hand-assembled in small batches. We even print our own stickers and art prints.

Art prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers with archival backing boards and protective sleeves. Larger prints are shipped in sturdy tubes. Every print arrives in a protective sleeve with an acid-free backing board to prevent bending and moisture damage.

Some sold-out designs return and some do not. Limited editions are truly limited and will not be reprinted. Popular items that are not limited may return based on demand. Follow us on Instagram or join the Menagerie newsletter for restock announcements.

We occasionally take custom orders depending on current workload and the nature of the request. Send us an email at hello@monsterdarling.com with your idea and we will let you know if it is something we can create.

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order. US orders of $25 or more ship free. Flat items like bookmarks and stickers ship by Snail Mail at a lower rate, and orders containing notebooks or larger items ship by Ground or Package. You will see the exact shipping cost in your cart before you check out.

Snail Mail is the most economical option and typically arrives within 5-10 business days. Ground and Package options are faster, usually arriving within 3-5 business days. All orders ship from the United States.

Canadian customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes assessed by Canada Post on arrival. These charges are set by your government and are separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout.
